Production deployments should apply authenticated access, role-based permissions and least-privilege administration.
Customer deployments should use HTTPS/TLS in transit and appropriate encryption controls for stored data and backups.
Operational changes, optimization runs and important administrative actions should be traceable for review and accountability.
Demo, testing and production data should be separated. Real customer data should not be placed into public demo environments.
Before production rollout, security, retention, integration and data residency requirements should be agreed for the customer's environment.
